good 2 BHK flat in Kolkata?

this is the first time i m buying a flat.. so.. guys plz suggest a good flat ( min 2 BHK- nd 1000 Sq ft carpet area).. in central kolkata ... near St.james School . A.J.C. Bose Road... plz name a few good projects whic are almost finished...

budget is within 20Lakhs.. max 21 lakhs..
