good camera + music phone

guys is there any mobile phones with good sound quality(should be atleast better than ipod sq) plus good camera(3.2mp and above 5mp preferrable)..
i have a clip+ audioplayer and sony digicam but hate to carry 2 or 3 devices all the time..i don;t like smartphones btw..but will do if it will meet my requirements..
budget: 8k - 20k

Samsung Wave 8500 is very good multimedia phone. Is a bit difficult to have in stock. But I suppose it is available at flipkart.com and someone is selling used one in TE market.

@Khanvis : Symbian has improved vastly. It is no longer a matter of 'handling' Symbian Its very robust...

@OP : Try to get hold of an N79 / N82(the absolute best cam you can get in this budget)

Those phones though not new by any stretch will give you phenomenal pics and a good music player as well...

For an overall nice phone you could get the wave...

Else extend your budget a bit and get the Nokia N8
