Good ISP in Jayanagar, B'lore

Guys which ISP is good in Jayanagar (9th block),Bengaluru ? My friend stays there & need a good internet connection. Please suggest me one good reliable one. He doesn't need high speed, just needed for browsing net. 512KBPS connection will do.

If no private providers are good, then he will go with BSNL.

If you have Act broadband go for the same, other options are Airtel and BSNL.

@avi: Unless you have no other options go for Airtel. I have a friend at Jayanagar, who is quite happy with Airtel's service.
