Time to move on from my ABIT, looking for a good mobo.
my requirements are below also for my current setup check the sig:

Should be under warranty
performance board (not looking for low end offerings)
should have 6+ SATA connectors (Must as i have currently 7 HDD's)
DDR2 Duel channel RAM support (6-8 GB+ [currently have 6GB ram but will expand later])
2 x PCIe 16x Ports (Currently have HD4870 but need availability for Crossfire/SLA/Physx)

(optional)
should have adequate colling options (northbridge/southbridge/MOSFET)
Overclocking capability
Duel LAN ports for sharing
Wifi

i have non sli board microatx board 5 sata +1esata upto 8gig support (800mhz) supports fm p4 to quad core xtreame asus P5b-vm has onboard too... let me kw if interested...
