Good MP3 player for senior citizen who does not want to use headphone

I am looking for a mp3 player and my Father (88 Years) does not want to use headphone. Can you please suggest a good/basic/easy to use mp3 player with speaker?

I got it for a friend around a year ago, and it works like a charm. Speakers are loud enough to fill a small room.
