i know guys.....even I jumped out my seat when I got the press release......so we called up Ish Bawa from Benq India. Even he confirmed the prices. So now its a waiting game.....lets see if it actually sells for the same.......
 
ok guys......sorry to spoil the party .....we got a mail in the morning ......giving the price correction...... the 24 incher sells for 49k odd........*there was a lull in the office in the morning*.........:P....
 
I know guys its damn irritating......but think of it this way.......we got the press release with the 24k pricing ........we called up Ish Bawa, marketing head Benq and he himself confirmed it......only then I posted the news item..........now we get an apology mail in the morning.....giving the corrected price......if someone needs flak, its the Benq guys.....
 
lol... And they quoted me 42K over the phone... Talk about confusion :P... And on top of that they mentioned that they dont have the any 22" model here...

Benq 24" costing 42K all inclusive...street (marketing heads know squat about final consumer prices IMO :P )

No price on the samsung as yet.

The Dell 2407 is down a bit - 38K

Take the benq price with a pinch of salt since the fukker didn't know which model I was talking about, I actually mailed the a##h*le the link.

Pls give some more time.

These prices are making me think about the 22 inch models...1680x1050 should be better on 22" than on a 20"
