For around 6.5k : Nokia 6303 (3.2 MP CAM with DUAL LED FLASH and AUTOFOCUS.)
For around 5.1k : Nokia 5130 XM (2MP basic cam).

5130 is best if you are into music.
the 6303 classic is more of an all-rounder! i am using it myself and i am pretty satisfied with it.
^ Yes 1GB is bundled free with both 6303c and 5130XM.
Using 6303c myself, pretty satisfied with it. Viewing angle is not good in 5130XM screen, but it has good set of loudspeaker. 6303c feels nice to hold it in hands, 5130XM is very lightweight phone, just 88g incl battery lol.

you can also try Sony Ericcsson W395 ..!! great phone .. great looks and dual stereophonic speakers ..!!
w395 is around 7k and doesnt have Flash with a below par screen (176 x 208 pixels). Otherwise a good handset
