15-20K Good phone between 15 to 20k for a college student

Last time I had asked about a phone below 15k for a known to and upon recommendations from the community here had advised realme p1..
This time I have been asked for a good phone between 15 to 20k for a college student
I Beleive should have all the bells and whistles which a college going student needs

Go for the CMF phone 1. The modding ability + accessories would be a cool thing to flaunt in college. The phone's been getting wonderful reviews too. IP rating is the only concern (it's only IP 52). May not be as resistant to water splashes or rain as other phones.

IMO modding is useless but still a good package overall with an optimised UI, check GSMArena & other reviews
