0-10K Good Smart phone under 7K

I am looking for a good budget smartphone under 7K.I have thought of NOKIA ASHA 501/502.Please tell how are the the performance of them and provide review esp of Asha 502.I have normal usage and want sensitive touch screen.if any other model I should consider please suggest that too to me.Thanks

Stretch your budget a little and get the Nokia lumia 520... Best vfm phone under 10k.

Lumia 520 is obsolete now (525 coming to replace it). Get Gionee P2 at 5.5K. The best android (I have used it) with 512 MB RAM.

Samsung galaxy star pro.... Not sure abt specs.... Tried a friends star pro... Worked decent. Looks okayish too. Vfm would be a pantech burst but no warranty.

What about Nokia Lumia 520? It is in the ~7k range.

Get the Lumia 520.
A android in 7K range wont be as smooth as a Lumia 520.


And Lumia 525 is still not available in market and it wont be under 7K at launch.

+1 to above. Androids below 10k will lag as hell unless you install some minimalistic custom rom after rooting. I would suggest L520 for now assuming the 525 wont be released soon and it surely wont be under 7k.

One more vote for lumia 520. Best phone in the vicinity of your budget for your requirements. You will get smooth performance and build quality is also decent.

Since you were going to be fine with the Nokia Asha which means no games or apps I would suggest the Lumia 520. Its the best bang for the buck phone and the only real stumbling block is its lack of apps compared to Android or iOS.

Buy Lumia 520 if you really want a smartphone. Buy Asha phones if you want to waste your money on overpriced crap. Simple as that.

Is pantech bursy still a good choice under 8k if someone is not worried about warranty. My sisters Dell xcd35 is not showing any mobile network, the wifi and other things are working fine though.

I think the burst still has enough oomph
left to compete with the newer horses.
Make sure you get a case and screen guard
and you are good to go.
