Budget 0-20k Good time to buy laptop RAM?

I needed an 8GB stick of ddr4 RAM for my laptop -- I use two Windows "desktops" now for easier work management, and my Lenovo S145 can't keep up I feel.

I was thinking of getting this, but I have no idea about RAM prices...

Should I wait? Or is ~₹2400 a good price?

first what is the your need, needs to be fixed. like if it's urgent then yes. to be honest, prices for ddr4 is at the sweet spot right now. it might fall in future but it's already low then what it was in jan, 20. the ram I bought in jan for 7k is around 5.4k now. it can go low also but again I will buy it now if I need too due to requirement.

also if possible go for 16gb. I use 16gb x 1 and 4gb x 1 = 20gb ram and its really good for my config. now this is based on my requirements. first check what is your requirement.

I have 8gb on my laptop already. I need 8gb 2400mhz ram more... I believe 16gb is the limit for my laptop.

It's not too urgent, i could wait till diwali sales if prices drop to 2k or below..

What do you suggest?
