Google Contacts sync with Blackberry

Looking for some solution to sync my contacts from Google to Blackberry without taking BIS/BES.
I know by subscribing to blackberry plans, it can sync, but I am not using blackberry service and thus looking for some solution to do it without BB plans.
Few months back, Google Sync used to work seamlessly but Google stopped the services.
One option is using soocial.com but the free plan has limitation of 250 contacts only.

Import Google contacts and sync with Outlook on your computer.
After they are imported to Outlook you can sync to BB using BB desktop manager.

Thats for 1 time sync. How to sync changes, which I made my Android(which is in sync with Google) or directly on Google Contacts?
