if you actually get a new one without any damage or problems at that price then its a pretty good deal considering good 850 watt psus generally go for about 10-11k.

Well there are a ton of scams that occur from time to time so you need to look out for those also by new I mean a sealed package with a valid warranty as quoted by ASUS

Flipkart has introduced open box delivery on some products. See if they provide open box delivery. If yes you can go for it and manually verify before paying to the delivery guy.
