Android Google keyboard and words starting with 'm' ...

I used Swype keyboard for a while and recently switched to Google keyboard.

I notice that words starting with 'm' don't get entered properly when using the gesture-typing/swype method.
e.g. if I swype 'money' only the last character 'y' gets entered. I never had any problem with Swype keyboard.

Anyone else noticed this ?

It is fine for me. Words starting with m are correctly being entered in Google Keyboard on gesture/swipe.

It may be a matter of getting used to it.

I switched to Google Keyboard couple of years back once they started offering features comparable to SwiftKey & Swype. Find it effortless. More importantly, as it is a native Google app., hopefully, it would be more secure/safe.
