Market Feedback Got Faulty Item from asheet - Whats the solution?

Thats not loose talk, we just want the mp3 player checked so that we can see who is at fault, i myself have had a lot of deals on TE, and issues like this are needed to be solved so that we dont have anyone holding back on dealing here.
We are no one to blame you without any proofs, not always is the seller at fault.

and I request you to take look at player carefully including external condition,earphone and armband status(broken as I had posted pics earlier).and tell does it worth it.and not to forget the charging..Also please take a picture of the mp3 player and accessories to post here..I hope I am not overburdening you..
I don't find it loose talk..They have posted what they thought after listening to call conversations and reading your pms.BTW You are still to answer about the (1)steel case packing.
(2)and what happened with that buyer to whom you were about to sell the mp3 player?

@chiragsthakur : I don't think we need to see charging. I will show you mp3 player playing as long as you wish. That will be enough to prove the working of mp3 player. And if it working, it shows that it is charging & holding charge
I am ok for Thu evevning. PM your cell no & we will coordinate. Hope you have a camera phone to take pics else we can use my phone & your face.
So lets agree to the above testing plan. I will get the charger also. May be Pizza Hut will let us use one or we can use one at Galleria.

The buyer entire hoopla was that the player is not working at all not charging or will the buyer change the tune now. #chirag should make a point to check the working. Rest if he does have time and wish, he may. After all its him who is going.

@chiragsthakur : Hi Buddy.. Based on all the suggestions you have been given by the knowledgeable posters here, I advise you to read the player manual which I had shared with @Darsksmart (link is on my pdf also) so nobody here asks you any awkward questions later

Just came home after meeting asheet,
The MP3 player was fully charged by asheet. I directly asked him to play some music on his MP3 player. I continued listening music on it on MAX volume(NOTE: Music was playing continuously from the time I reached to the time I left). He then introduced me with the menu of the mp3 player. It was functioning flawlessly. I myself checked out if every single function is working or not, even the radio. Then I checked that even after 20mins of continuous music on full volume, the Battery was full. I plugged in the player to see whether its charging or not. As it was already almost fully charged even after 20mins, the battery bar level was just going one step up and down, tried to record it in two different cams, but the screen size of this player is too small to capture charging, maybe an extremely good cam would have done it. So from 5.10 onwards to 5.45 (half n hr) the music was playing. I then I decided to leave as the battery wasn't depleted even after 35 mins of music and menu scrolling.
Now comes the band which darksmart mentioned was broken, I found it broken here too, but asheet said he will fix it and also had a new band (bands.JPG)
Couldnt check whether it was charging with USB cable, coz had no PC or lappy... So checked it with the motorola charger which asheet uses for charging that player in case he is not near a pc/lappy. (while charging.JPG) I confirm that it was charging

Uploading a video during charging. If you see it properly, you can see minute changes in battery level bar which shows its charging. Even a 8mp cam couldnt capture the screen properly, so finally did it with my e63 cellphone.

Just to add to technical side of charging issue..
I have come across motorola charges that do not charge at all if the supply voltage/current (power) is even slightly low; thanks to ownership of v3i.

Serial number displayed by the player (printed or in player navigation menu if supported) should have been verified/noted.
So that the buyer receives the same player that was tested.
I am not suggesting that the Seller would do so but this could have been of a better use to bring transparency to anymore transactions in this sale.
