GPS help

Hello...I didnt understood where to post it so posted it here.
I want to build a gps navigation system. I will be buying this gps module. I want to use it for my car navigation. So how can i proceed further ? If I programmed gps s/w for desktop then i will need computer in my car. Which another platforms can take into consideration ? Plz guide me...

You can try J2ME for programming your cell phone and transfer data between GPS and cellphone using bluetooth (if that is possible).

any wayz i want to ask is tht if i order any product suppose 7" touchscreen for us (eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices) then how much custom should i have to pay ??
