im open to both ATI or Nvidia
also pls specify the location/site for purchase.

Or you could go with 750Ti. It's slightly older but it does not require a beefy power supply & can play most games at playable frame rates.
 
Guys, even I'm looking for an upgrade from AMD R6850, will the GTX950 or 960 work on Antec VP450? Or should I go for 750ti? Looking for decent 1080p gaiming, will my cpu be bottleneck? AMD X3 720.

750ti won't really be an upgrade from a 6850. (atleast not worth 10k)
a gtx 960 @15-16k would be a good upgrade otherwise go with a gtx 950.
all three gpus mentioned use less power than the 6850 and will work just fine off your antec psu.
your cpu will allow playable frame rates @1080p but might be an issue if you want to max out the details.
p.s. how urgent is the upgrade needed? new gpus will be out in june-july if you can wait.

Thanks @Crapmypants not urgent, let see how AMD's next gen CPU & GPU fares with Intel and Nv. Will wait and see.
 
Bro Best Deal u can get is a Gtx 960 from paytm at 13k

And screw paytm haters my 960 arrived in less than a week
