Graphic Cards GPU for 20k or below

I wanted a reference model with the reference cooler and moreover after searching the internet it seems people who bought it were able to successfully unlock it. The Twin Frozr II model has a iffy unlocking success rate if I go by whats posted in different forums.

And most importantly my friend wanted emi option which he got from ebay. although for that to happen I had to call up the importer and request him to put up a ebay listing with emi option. I am glad he obliged by putting up a private listing and then inform me.
 
Good news guys. Finally got the system up and running. The card modded to a 6970 without any hitches. Very happy as I effectively got a brand new HD 6970 for 15.1k :D
