Budget 0-20k GPU Suggestions to watch HD Movies on Sony Bravia

Suggest me some GPU Specially to watch HD movies and under 2-5K nothing more than that and it should have a HDMI out. Will be connecting it to my Sony Bravia 32". And i don't play games.

Ya I wanted the HDMI out .... after using VGA from so many years & now with HDMI I can see the difference so much .... Loving it !!

Some blind people don't see much difference between VGA and HDMi i say it is day and night!
