Currently I have GT710 but it can go only 60Hz @1440p. [And it even struggles to play 1440p 60FPS YT videos]

I am currently willing to shell out up to 12k - 15k max for a used/new GPU. Any leads for used 1050Ti or T600 or T400 or any similar GPU [NO GAMING] which can drive 1440p 165Hz display would be super helpful.
