Try using a DVI connector if you have, instead of HDMI. Number of times there is a refresh rate or HDMI handshake problem.

Else, try good old VGA. Use a DVI-VGA connector if you can arrange.
I had similar problem with my older card. It refused to boot in anything except VGA.

XpertVision is NOT imported by Tirupati in India,

that has been a misconception for a while now. Though Palit has decided to rebrand the Xpertvision range, the sole distributor and service providers in india are Aditya Infotech.

Definitely has to be the problem of the port of the GPU.

I had a similar problem My analog connection worked but DVI didn't and after some time even the analog stopped working.

I got it RMA'd.

So if its in warranty get it RAM'd..

Btw, did you change the card from igp to gpu in the bios setting?
