First check if the fan of the GPU is spinning.

Then check if the monitor is working or not by connecting it to the IGP.

Any beeps from the computer?

Check whether there is a dedicated power connector on the gfx card and whether it's connected properly.

Also remove the card and install again.reply here and let us know

Fan is spinning.monitor is working fine.no dedicated power connecter.

I have done all that I can do.reinset the card.installed latest graphic card driver from amd site.but still not detected by my pc.wtf.

please help me bros.

^ clear your cmos by taking out the battery. Go to bios and set display to PEG and not onboard (depends on the board you have but its usually in the advanced peripherals/settings configuration). save settings and reboot. Your graphics card will work :)

Did you do the changes in the BIOS? Well, check the card in another system. What about bios beeps?

Most likely card is gone. Give it for replacement!

which motherboard do you have? check your motherboard for bios options & settings. PEG stands for PCI Express Graphics. You have to enable this in your bios to run your card (if you have onboard graphics too).

Do these

1.) remove all cables & the power connector too.

2.) reset your CMOS by taking out the battery and putting back after 5-7 mins.

3.) Connect all cables. Connect power connector

4.) Boot.

5.) Go into BIOS (usually you have to press "del" or "f2" key)

6.)Keep your motherboard manual ready and by referring to it, navigate to the relevant BIOS section and select graphics card as the display adapter (should be something like "init display first---change the option to PEG or external ")

7.) Save your settings and restart.

Post your complete system specs to enable us to help you properly

Have you connected the cable from the monitor to the port on motherboard or GPU port? Check whether GPU-z recognizes it ?

After reinstalling my windows it finally done.thanx all my bros fit theirs support.

dont need to re-install windows. leave that copy intact. Install a fresh copy in another partition by initiating the setup process from within the copy of windows 7 which you are currently having. But IMO even this is a waste since it seems your card has gone kaput. Check for any blown/capacitors or burnt areas in your card .

Just because your card is a new one it cannot be said it will not go kaput. It might be a DOA (dead on arrival ) also. Most probably your card will require replacement...

PS: BIOS settings have nothing to do with your card because you are able to get display via the card from the very beginning BIOS screen to windows. Moreover, if a graphics card is installed in your motherboard, it will automatically become multi display enabled, and there is no need to switch the display to graphics card in BIOS. In other words if a graphics card is installed, your motherboard will give first preference to your graphics card only. May be you may have an option to disable the onboard graphics but not the graphics card, which is true in most of the mobos i suppose.
