yes ull need a gpu to play those games as intel onboards don provide wat the game demands..........u can buy any latest gpu u want for ur system no probs at all......just ull need to change ur psu if the one ur using currently is nt sfficient.

so suggest me graphics card in a range of 5k ......wat about 700mb movie not giving good clarity on my 22 inch lcd..........so this problem wil be slolved...............

If u wanna play game in that LCD then u need a good graphics card, atleast a 4850.

And regarding 700 MB rip, ofcourse u'll not get good quality in viewing that. (cause that's not even 720p)

A 9600GT or preferably a 4670 will be entry level for you. And yes a 700MB DVD rip is not going to look too pretty on a 22" monitor. You can do some Postprocessing with your graphics card, but that won't help too much.

These two cards will allow you to play the games at reasonable settings. But if you want to render them in full glory and have the budget+a good PSU, you can also go for HD4850 or GTS 250

9600gt will do ..... n yah the 700mb rips wont look gud on 22 inchers u should download the micro hds n view them........normally the movies which r in .mkv format will work great for u

dude movie viewing does not depend on ur gpu. thats a fact.period.
regarding gaming first post the sort psu u've got. if u've got a coolermaster or corsair then u cud buy a 9600gt. if u've got one of those genric psu's from zebronics.etc then i am afraid u will hv to go with hd4670. thats the best thing u can get for 5k. plz do correct me if i am wrong.

Viewing movies DOES depend on your GPU.
And the HD 4670 is the better choice between the two regardless of the PSU options, less power/heat is always a good thing, though if you have a better PSU, it might be a good idea to pick up a GTS 250/HD4850/4770 as the prices are tempting and the performance is worlds apart.
