PC Peripherals graphics corruption during system boot up

Most of times when i boot my system (~98%),text appears like this during boot up.It looks like this everywhere and in the end there's a ugly Bsod.

When it boots normally ,it behaves well. May be its due to gpu overheating. :S

Few days back i found fan on the gpu not spinning properly but now its spinning properly.

config is mentioned in the siggy.

Please help.. :(
 
That can be a GPU overheat problem. Clean off the previous TIM and re-apply a fresh layer of TIM.
 
If application if TIM does not solve the problem, then the VRAM is to blame. In which case if in warranty, RMA it asap.
