AFAIK you are not allowed to import high power lasers without approval from the concerned authorities. Customs might not let it through. Try your luck

Also, I have made purchases worth over $500 over the past year from DX and KD.
Avg shipping time for airmail is around 2~3weeks
If I use DHL it normally reaches my house in 3~5 days. But DHL is EXPENSIVE
