Grey market dealer in Delhi for Samsung 32" EH6030

I have seen some shops at Gaffar market but can't find Samsung 32" EH6030. They say they will arrange the TV in a week time.

In normal shops it is costing Rs.34500/-. Pls tell me a reliable shop (grey market) from where I can buy this TV. Secondly, pls tell do shop-keepers change the parts etc of the TV before selling in grey markets & how reliable are they ?

Where in normal shops the 6030 model costs 34500 man?
I am getting quotes above 40K for the same:(
