Just an opinion so don't take it otherwise. Why would you rate item condition as 5 when it is missing a part it originally came with(heatspreader is not some sticker or cosmetic part after all)? I say it is 3.5 out of 5.

Well removing heat spreaders, temp drops 8 degrees. Don't know what is use if heat spreader. Stickers are better
 
Just curious, how come so many ram modules are on sale when you are dismantling your current build
