^^ yup you are right.. The performance ratings isnt that good about this RAM. But 2x4gb sniper at 2800/- is a steal deal.... Anybody who isnt bothered of overclocking can get those eyes closed... A few days back I got 2x4gb Ripjaws X at 2750 in such deal

My ram was shipped today evening. I can update about it working properly with my system on Monday night. The issue is I have 4 DIMM slots and the first one is pretty much unusable, thanks to my HSF which interferes in the installation of the memory module. I currently run a 4 Gb kit of Gskill Ripjaws (red)@ 1600Mhz. I hope to use the Gskill Sniper in tandem with my existing Gskill ripjaws.

Can anyone (AMD users specifically) mention a good HSF which does not interfere with the installation of the memory modules in DIMM slots 1 and 2? I need something that is silent. I will not overclock my system.
