GTA SA mouse problem

I have reduced the sensitivity to minimum in the game.

at 2000 DPI it is fine. But when I right click (to aim), the mouse becomes too fast for me to handle....

Any suggestions ??

try changing your our pointer speed from mouse properties.

The pointer speed is somewhere less than half... Why should that make a difference ??

My problem isnt that the mouse is too fast. It is normal at most times. ONLY when I right click (to aim in GTA SA ), the mouse becomes too fast...

lol, I cant believe that a thread I made to discuss the problems with GTA SA has actually caused someone to start playing this game again. :rofl:

Any way I am also having problems with the mouse control with my Ergo 525. I am playing at 1600 dpi which I feel to be the best resolution in all other games but its pretty bad in GTA SA. switching resolutions did not help me much.

IIRC, GTA SA has somewhat of an auto-aim feature... maybe that must be making the mouse the move quicky (towards the closest target)

No....even when there is no target, when I right click, the mouse moves too fast

Try disabling a ACCELERATION IN GAMES from your MOUSE properties in CONTROL PANEL!!!

If you are using a Logitech Mouse with the Setpoint driver than in the control panel of Setpoint there are settings for games - check if these need any tweaking.
