Graphic Cards GTS 450 on samsung 2033 20inch monitor

Hi all,
I got a Zotac GTS 450 today after driver installation I find that the max resolution shown in Nvidia or windows control panel as 1360x768 while my monitor's optimal resolution is 1600x900. Is it the limitation of my GPU?? or something else is wrong? plz help.
 
No no, it does 1600x900, check again in the native resolution, it should automatically set to 1600x900 actually.
 
I checked and it shows native at 1360x768 which messes my text. I had to reinstall the driver to get an option for 1600x900 and it does not allow me to adjust the size to fit the screen properly at 1600x900. It shows monitor functions locked. I tried to click on the monitor icon in nvidia panel but nothing happens so I have set it at 1280x768.
 
Is there a hardware button, look under the screen, i mean BOTTOM MOST portion of Monitor. Their might be a "AUTO ADJUST" setting which brings the desktop into alignment.
