I would say no, u can only pull 27A. Running heavily OCed C2D+OCed 5770 on above PSU is also very challenging. It can't compete with the single 33A 12v rail featured on the Corsair VX450w. Also quality of components used has impact on the power supply's performance over several hours of hard usage. So, one can assume you are running Seasonic 350W minus efficiency and long term stability.

No one would recommend you doing that, 560 draws more power than a 5770. One of my friend's same PSU failed even running a 9600 GT, i can't imagine it running a 560.

Ya! Wat about vx 450?
I wud suggest u to go wid VX550...coz GTX560 consumes more power than GTX460 and requires two 6Pin PCI-E power connectors... VX450 only comes wid one 6Pin PCI-E connector

yea...avoid that zebby psu.. try corsair vx 550 /

seasonic 520/620w /

tagan stonerock TG500 /600W

what about vx450 ?

Not that I am saying its worse than this unit, but the build/component quality of vx450 has degraded since those days. They won't blow or anything (there have been few units failing but I haven't seen anything where it takes the system with it) but its not the same. Stick to vx550.
