^^ No. The benchmark runs at the current configured settings including the resolution. I am assuming that the resolution is 1680x1050 from the fact that you mentioned a 22" display with that res.

Yes - the resolution is 1680 * 1050
The game settings are default - haven't changed any of them
In Graphics, most of the settings are high/very high
and in Advanced Graphics - everything turned off

How pimped out is your gaming experience now
2 things - turn off v-sync because it will restrict your frames to 30 (if less than 60 fps) and try turning down population density as this seems to be a cpu dependent feature.
are you experiencing any stuttering or lag?

I am not facing any stuttering or lagging in GTA V ...
It is very much playable on my current config
I played Witcher 3 for sometime, it does lag occasionally.
But again, playable.
