Looking for a GTX 970 for one of my friend. Prefer the GPU to be under warranty. Would be willing to pay the price based on the usage and condition of the card. Location preferred would be Bangalore but also open to shipping.

I might upgrade if I get good price for my Zotak 780Ti (close to 2.5yr warranty left... recently RMA'd and got new card)
