I hope this new GTX 670 brings small price drop for 7850 and 7870 or may be a GTX 660 will be launched soon.
 
The distributors/dealers are so stupid that they are axing their own feet. People are more mature and informed. Many of the enthusiasts who are the target of these high end cards will order from US. An imported 670 will merely costs around 24k I guess. Add EVGA worldwide warranty to that

23k to 27k isn't much of a difference, i see no problem here. Comparing to US is not fair. Compare to Europe or Japan, there is hardly much difference.
 
Great Card....if oc'd performs higher than 7950 and equal to 7970...but of course....it is overpriced here.......the EVGA SOC version is $420......and the EVGA 4GB SOC version is $490.....
 
i am not much a gpu expert,but why is the difference between the 670 and 680 so minuscule this time?

what gives?
 
So, is it out in the wild here yet? I haven't seen the 670 pop up in any store. Anyone know what the time frame for release over here is?

Early June is when I expect it to come in. Expect it to be around ~27500/- -->29000/-.

That's what I guessed the price would be as well. Now I have to decide if I'm getting the reference card or a Twin Frozr.
Probably have to wait a couple more weeks (or a month) for that.
