Well guys it's shahbaaz again and this time em sorta in little issue.
I have an Investor who wants to setup his own BPO and I accompanied with 2 more guys are his core team.
We hold the capital of 6-60 crores but now the thing is i managed to get a UK process which is an Outbound Mobile Sales(Upsaling) i have contacted Avaya for telesets but the thing is I need more process to start .
We are starting with 250 Seaters (approx 15,000 sq feets) area and I' am confused of what to do cuz i think we shouldn't start with just one process.
Need more process and anyone who can help me with starting this bussiness will be a good help and i will fufill his wish as well. Plzz if someone has knowledge or contacts then plzz contact me. I need experts for the following
1)HR (Human Resourcing),
2)Capital Management,
3)Bussiness Management,
4)Technology Management,
5)Relations Management,
