Has AirTel doubled their speeds since last night?

they already have 2mbps plans..it just aint unlimited..i guess all the other plans are similar to tata except the night unlimited one which i read in another thread might not work in the coming few months..ie once they reach their sales target..

I am also on 256k but not unlimited. I get double speed whenever I connect but only for a hour. The speed is doubled again if I reconnect. Anybody else experiencing this?

3 days and counting, still on the 60 KB/S (58-60 on torrents) mule. And not sure when the mule's gonna collaspe. Man, i never thought the day would come where id have to unpack my 500GB HDD.
Thank god i got a new wifi-adsl router/modem ~ ~ it hasnt dc/d and I DONT WANT TO DC/RESTART/CALL CC and screw it like i did last time.
If they are gonna bill me so be it. i wont be paying 1 cent more than 999+taxes. Since thats the plan im on ~ ~

Looks like the magic is finally over. We had a major power outage yesterday and my batteries gave up at around 10pm.

After I started up this morning... this is what I got

Mine's Still doing good ~ ~ No Speed test other than the airtel shows some what close to where the download speeds are at. Like i said, im not gonna touch my router!
