Has anyone received refund for the Jiofiber trial?

I'm switching to new ISP and I have two options, Jio and Airtel. Since Jio offer free trail I wanted to try it first. But I don't trust them to refund the initial one time payment. So has anyone tried their trail, cancelled and received the refund?

They do, but they take their own sweet time. A friend of mine had to go through an ordeal to get his refund back from Jio.
