has mtnl 3G improved their speeds?

asking it because i am not used to these speeds when using MTNL 3G
getting constant 300KB/sec upwards peaking upto 340KB/sec.
so if they are upgrading their speeds then its good news

It works for both.
recently when i upgraded my phones firmware i got new settings for mtnl 3g in which all give better speeds.
