^ what you are saying is what is called as caching by the ISP.
frequently downloaded , watched stuff is stored on their servers, which kinda makes them pay less for the data usage and since it is cached from the ISP , you get better speeds.

BTW hathway does not service boivali (west). it covers the east areas and some parts of charkop.

So i got it up n running this evening. So far I'm very impressed with the speeds & latency is pretty good too! I'll spend some more time with it to see how it goes.

Thanks for your response. Since it was a hassle free installation at my place with them using the existing concealed cabling in my building n flat.. I decided i'd try n see how it performs. I have asked for the HDSTREAM 3 Plan. Will keep this thread updated on my experience.
