Hathway user alert!!!!

During my last problem with Hathway I must have spoken with at least 10 people before I got to the right person who was going to correct the fault, which he could not do :@

These days in South Mumbai Hathway seem to have bad disconnection problem in their lines, the connection goes offline for about 15 minutes about 5 times a day. And every time the engineer visits the place he has a standard answer - THE MODEM IS DEFECTIVE !! I have 2 Hathway connections so I asked them how come both my modems go off line at the exact same time and come back on line together ? They have no reply to this but like parrots they say THE MODEM IS DEFECTIVE !! I spoke to 4 other users of Hathway in my area and all have the same problem. I have refused to buy a new Modem and am managing with my current one :(

Hathway made Gulbir of Prime buy a new Modem when he complained about the same problem :ohyeah:
 
Hathway people have hired wrong people from wrong profession thats for sure....
The only answer you will get from them when they visit your place.

A. Sir, There's Some problem with your PC.
B. Sir, Your Modem is faulty.
C. Sir, A new server is being Put up.
D. Sir, We Are upgrading in your area for better service [So u will get less online time].
E. Sir, We will get back to you with any of the above answers in a day or two [make it a week or a month].

If you call there call center :-

A. Sir, Everything looks OK from here [God knows what they are seeing]
B. Sir, please call blah blah blah ......... blah blah......
C. Sir, We will forward your complaint.......

And the only thing u will end up with is a huge list of phone numbers to which u will call and get new numbers.

But one thing is for sure u will get a long phone bill at the end of the month..
There was a new slogan for hathway i heard somewhere...

"It works till it works if not then your the one at work"

"THE LINE IS UNDER MAINTENANCE"
and when I said that the conx speed is very low I was told.....

"THE SPEED SLOWLY GOES FASTER AND FASTER, WAIT FOR SOME TIME AND IT WILL BECOME FULL SPEED" :O

no decent day time UNLIMITED accounts from MTNL. I am NOT a night person, want unlimited during day.
