Actually, its not 3GB. Its that much RAM as is used by a 32bit OS in ur system.
For example, in mine, Its 3575 MB.

Guys, who have 4GB, can definitely use this card at the expense of loosing 400MB, which is think is anyway, not that important. :cool2:
