I broke one of the key on my macbook pro 2019 16 inch while cleaning it. Where in India online can I buy the replacement keycap and hinge for it ?
 
Full keaboard replacement is an option. or there are many youtube videos which can suggest you how to do it yourself.
Alternatively you can use a compact external keyboard which might be much cheaper than everything.

Try a glue surrounding the key and that may do the trick ftw..

There are truckload of mac 3rd party repair guys in metros like Bangalore who can fix mac key. Find one near to your place and do not hand over the mac to them. Deal should be like 'you go there, he fixes the laptop in front of you and you go back'.
