Have anyone used ASIAN-NET-WORLD wifi services?

I have seen a newly launched ISP in Bihar which is providing 2mbps ul wi-fi connection for a month @1399/-. I am just curious to know if anybody is using this and how is the service and download speed.

I don't know anything about them.

But do Read closely, their website mentions speed *upto* 2 MBPS.

Which means Max speed is 2mbps, but speeds can be less as well.

yeah I know that (*upto 2mbps) but I heard that they are covering whole patna with their wifi services and even putting wifi spots in every panchayat too where ever applicable. I just want to know how is their service and what average speed anyone getting with this newly launched ISP.
