Graphic Cards HD 4850 Temperature doubts

i am of course controlling the fan speed evn at maximum speed of fan the temperature is 103 +

Same issues with me.... Ultra high temps

then took advice and cleaned the heat sink... even I am a noob and had no idea. But its quite easy and hassle free

after u cleaned the GPU did the temperature decrease?:S
