croma and reliance digital staff is known to have incorrect pricing.

i remember polk audio speakers being really cheap at croma.

i once purchased Microsoft Lifecam HD 720p at reliance for 1200 while it was ~$80+ on microsoft site and other places.

Called up Croma & confirmed, Price is 7500, No hidden charges.

I wonder why all dealers on ebay are selling Iomega Screen Play Director 1TB Media Player for 8800.

If Iomega Screen Play Director 1TB Media Player is in your mind then go ahead at Croma.

what i'm saying is sometimes croma and reliance digital are unaware of market pricing.. it is good for us :p

please check my query in last post about two different setups..

would i get a good router with NAS support which i can use with cheaper network player such as Screenplay HD TV Link Director edition ?

This renders my budget for router = 5.5k (inclusive of what i get out of selling asus wl520gu)

Sorry bro no idea on NAS.

I required HD player with BT only so gave input based on my search :)

ahh..

no issues.

looking into Asus iO player HD and will decide between iOmega ScreenPlay HD Director and Asus iO pLay HD as NAS is important for me.

1 more thing I would like to mention is the warranty. iOmega is giving 3yrs. No idea about asus bt seagate is offering 1yr only.

Too good a deal! I hate these builds though. Wish Asus could employ someone from AC Ryan to design the enclosures. :p

I know! is there anything that this model doesnt have?

I mean i couldnt find a fault as such!

Yeah looks suck! But then its not really that bad!

It's just a piece of circuit board. If I would ever buy this device, I would rip this thing off that sidey enclosure and leave it barebone. Looks geeky that way at least. :p

Thats a good part with iOmega. Use it to the core for watching & downloading for 3 years :)

Most other media players come with 1 year.

yes i was not considering much int warranty but then this device would be up and running almost of the times (12-14hours a day) and i would really doubt if it would hold still after 2yrs of such usage for downloading and media sharing.

so goin iomega way.
