2 weeks ago by mistake my HD fell down and when i checked it,it was working but there was some kind of sound coming from it,so I decided to give my disk for RMA. I went to seagate showroom and gave my HD and they told me to come after 10 days.......after 2 days they called me and they showed me a small crack on the sata port and told me that now they will not replace this disk........now what should i do?

Regards
Hunter

^ Heck i opened my WD my book essential as the mini usb port on the casing had broken and went inside the casing. Opened it with a small flathead screwdriver, carefully took the 500bg sata hdd out , backed up the data ,
reassembled it and sent For RMA . I now have a Shiny new one in my hands - Courtesy WD express india
