What kind of cable do I need ?
Should I try ebay.in or Chandni,Kolkata ?
Will I get Dell OEM HDMI cable at cheap rate ?

Just get it from chandni? All HDMI cables are nearly of the same quality. Get the cheapest one.

Is there any difference between 1.3b or 1.4a?
I am having Gigabyte HD 7770 and DELL LED

Use 1.3b/c - you wont notice any advantaged over 1.4

1.4 was for 3D and ethernet and 4K AFAIK.
