Sennheiser HD202 , best in that range . Not he most comfortable but with the Sound Quality you get you wont mind sacrificing a bit of Comfortabilty factor :)
 
I say HD202 If you wont take it out!
PX80/PX100 if you take it out!
I use a PX80 and can vouch for it!
 
I have been using HD202 for quite a while and man those are awesome within your price range
You might not like them straight out of the box but once you let them settle in......its just great :)
