i need noice cancelling in ear earfones cause i listen to music mainly in the rickshaw...

im looking at the sony ex85 sl or ive heard the senn cx-300 are good....

any suggetions are realy appreciated!!

thanks...

cx 400 should be good ..i think its for ~1.5k via KMD or else there was a GO for the same for 1.8 k but i think its over now..do check :).

you can even try something from Jaben store ..specially the new Crossroads Mylars :) but it is for more than 2k..:P.

If you want bass, then stick to the Bijou 3 earphones. The RE2 and PL-30 both lack bass. The Bijou 2 or 3 will be more than satisfactory for you since the trebble is not too high and the bass has impact. (though it is not too tight)

^^ You are probably the only one who can get a good seal. Read about the earphones on Head-fi. A majority of users complain about the lack of bass which is probably due to difficulty in getting a good seal.

The PL30 are notorious due to the difficulty in getting a good seal which means they are a no no for jogging and stuff. Otherwise they are nice earphones.

the PL-30's have tight, controlled bass if you get a proper fit...

And it comes with 12 sets of silicon tips of various sizes to enable a good fit..

^^ Unfortunately the tips is not the only thing. The earphone design plays a large part. The PL-30 are meant to be worn around the ear and not by directly placing them into your ears. This design is implemented properly in the more expensive Shures and Etymotic ear earphones.

But yes if you get a good seal it will satisfy all but Vandal and Chaos :)

Since its a headphone thread and not earphone, I would also suggest Senn HD202, amazing value for money headphones.....

This is true. It's hard to use them when jogging, but they are very convenient to use while walking and doing stuff. The main advantage is that there is no cable noise like in the ep630

it provides the highest satisfaction one can obtain for 30$ and under..
best soundstage in that budget... no shure or ety in that price range and they are not made for bass either. ..
they provide better isolation than an EP.
and obviously with a budget of >30$ Vandal and Chaos can def get a better earphone and be satisfied with its sound.

^^ Yup !

Also I nuke666 mislead this thread with his earphone comments ! :)

OP - You can try the Koss KSC75 for 1.2k. They have good bass. (Verma is organinsing a GO. Or you can just get yours via KMD for the same price)

If you dont mind muddy bass, you can get the Sennheiser HD202 for about 1500 with a 2 year warranty.
