Headphones! Sony VS Creative

hi am in a dilemma as to which headphone. i want to use it indoors and most of the time i will be wearing it. so it shud be comfy. was using philips shp2700 till now, but now it has a problem and stereo sound is not producing due to some problem in the Input plug.

am now confused as to which one to choose: sony MDR-XD200 or creative HQ 1400?

if there is any other model, plz tell me

my budget is 1.5 to 3k

just bought sennheiser hd201! had no other choice, got it for 1250rs, is it reasonable? and how good is this?

Dont know this model you are talking about but I used Creative Aurvana Live headphones and I have Creative EP630 in-ear type and both are excellent. Creative is not a very popular name for headphones so you dont pay for the brand as with e.g. Sennheisers. But the quality is actually decent and I always recommend this brand to my friends.
