@ chiron & starky - i would love to do that myself guys, but since its a friend whos getting it down, a little help for him knowing who's interested in which exact model would help bring prices down with the distry aswell. puts him in a better situation to say " ok i need "X" pieces. whats the best price u can offer ". so for now im hoping u guys mention what models ur interested in. i can hopefully give u an approx sooner that way.

EDIT - ok since its the general consensus - i have msgd my friend, will get back as soon i get prices.. do know that these will be tentative and hopefully if we manage a good interest .. we can get better prices for the same. if u want or need other models added to the lineup please mention it in the thread aswell :)

If you can open Amazon and do a price comparison you should know. The AD700 is on the slightly steeper side though. Then again you get local warranty for the lot so it's a decent price.
 
Strange 5K diff between 701 and 702. :( Prices at the end would be better right? I am mostly in for AKG701. If possible prices for HD600 and AKG601 would be great. :)
 
@ GuruGulabKhatri - adding a +1 to what Desecrator said. the pricing is pretty much on par with current u.s prices. u do haveto understand that my friend will also get it @ a particular price and he is offering local support for the bought products. something that has been missing in the indian audio scene. hoping to change that now.

@ Haraakiri - AKG 701 - average price is 260usd! / AKG 702 - average price is 350usd! just a approx on why the price diff. Prices should be better if i get 10+ orders (most r fixed n final though). will get quotes for the hd600 n akg601 by tonight max tomorrow. :)
